Start up question

Whenever my computer is re-started i get the following message. This only happens when the computer is re-started.

The message is from diagent and states "unable to load resource library".
When you clear the message it will then say "releasing of resource library failed".

I haven't really noticed anything different when I use the computer. Does anyone know what in the hell a resource library is?:ughhh:
